Can Tracking Categories be displayed on the main page in Sales Console?

Tracking Categories can be made visible in the sales console by enabling the Sales Index List under Company Settings > Sales & Purchases.

If the tracking category fields are missing for some users, check:

  • Permissions: Ensure the user has access to view tracking categories.
  • Company settings: Confirm that tracking categories are enabled.
  • Xero settings: Make sure tracking categories exist in Xero.
