Currently, there is no single button like "assign all" at the task or department level. However, our recommendation would be to set up a project as a template and use the cloning function to initiate a new project from that template, which will inherit the assignments. The customer might consider creating several template projects for different groupings of users, tasks, and assignments. Additionally, the customer can create a comprehensive "super template" with a wide range of tasks, and during the cloning process, deselect any tasks that are not applicable. This method will help streamline the assignment process.
