TidyEnterprise does offer an RFQ variant of the Purchase Order. This feature allows you to send a request for a quote with attachments before generating the purchase order. On the PO screen, there will be an option to use the RFQ process instead of directly creating a PO. This option includes the capability to send attachments along with the RFQ.
