How can I store Tracking Category details in TidyStock-> Customers if they don’t sync automatically?

Use the Special Instructions field in the customer profile to store tracking category references.

Example: Enter "Tracking Category – Mainfreight" in the Special Instructions field.

This information will automatically appear on sales and purchase orders, helping users select the correct tracking category manually.
