Yes. Go to GlobalSettings->Company->General. At the bottom of the page, under Tidy Settings, tick Select Tasks, Time, Materials and Expenses to Invoice.
With this enabled, the invoice queue will show an extra icon for a filter dialogue of the eligible items.
