Currently, Tidy does not have a single "assign all" button at the task or department level for automatically allocating staff to each task in a project. However, you can streamline the process by setting up a project template with predefined task and staff assignments. Using the cloning function, you can quickly create new projects based on these templates, which will inherit the task assignments.
You may also consider creating multiple templates for different groupings of users, tasks, and assignments. Additionally, you can create a "super template" with a broad range of tasks and selectively include or exclude tasks during the cloning process, based on the specific needs of the project.
