When a customer rings up with a query, the sale can be saved as a draft. The sale can then be edited and saved as a quote. The quote can then be sent to the potential customer. Once they accept the quote, can save the sale as “on-order” , and generate a packing slip. We can change the packing slip template to look like a delivery note. Once done, can finally generate an invoice.
