- Xero allows businesses to assign tracking categories to customers, but these do not automatically transfer to TidyStock.
- In TidyStock, tracking categories must be manually selected when creating a new Sales Order or Purchase Order.
- If tracking categories do not appear, ensure that:
- The categories are set up in Xero.
- The Sales Index List is enabled in TidyStock settings.
- Tracking categories are manually selected per transaction.
