How to approve expenses

In this module, learn how to approve expense entries once they have been submitted. Only users with approver permissions will be able to do this.

Step 1.

Head to Expenses under Approval to approve a time entry.

Step 2.

You will see the Expense Approval screen, with the different statuses displayed.

Navigate to the desired week. Expand to see a list of team members with submitted expenses, and the status

of their entry.

Click on the team member you want to approve expenses for.

Step 3.

Move the button to approved, then click Commit.

If the expenses submitted are inaccurate or for any other reason, you can reject the expense.

Then, click Commit.

Step 4.

If for any reason you want to revert or undo an expense that has already been committed (saved) then click the refresh to change your decision.
