Set up alerts

Alerts show when: profitability exceeds revenue, milestones are overdue, budget exceeds planned costs, earned value is less than planned costs, time is rejected, utilisation exceeds capacity.

Step 1.

Go to Alerts under Global settings.

Step 2.

You can configure the levels at which heat map tiles turn amber or red (Project Administrator role is required).

Step 3.

A set of default settings are provided when you first configure TidyEnterprise, but you may wish to modify these once you understand the alert levels.
