Step 1.
Go to Company under Global settings.
Step 2.
Under the General tab, toggle Select tasks, times, materials, and expenses to invoice on.
Click Save.
Step 3.
Go to the Invoice queue under the Sales and purchases tab.
You will see a new icon next to the invoices. This will allow you to select which items to invoice. Click the icon.
Step 4.
This will open a modal where you can select which items to invoice.
Once you have selected the items to invoice, click Generate.
Step 5.
This will generate an invoice with the selected items.
You can view a pdf of the invoice by clicking the document icon.
Step 6.
The project still has available items to invoice and so is in the invoice queue.
Click on the binoculars icon to view the remaining items.
Step 7.
As you can see, the items not selected are still waiting to be invoiced.
