Global charge rates are available for selection as a default external charge rate for a particular user or for an alternate charge rate on a project when allocating resource. These rates enable variable charge rates for any particular resource on a project.

Head to Charge rates under Global settings, here you can see a list of charge rates.
Step 2.
Click charge rate to create a new charge rate.
Step 3.
Click the edit icon to edit the charge rate. Click the bin icon to delete charge rates.
Step 4.
To view the history of adjustments made to selected charge rates click the history icon.
