Step 1.
Head to Users under global settings. Then click new user.
Step 2.
The Create user screen allows you to specify the users details.
Assign users a Login ID and Password.
Step 3.
Select the roles you want to assign to each user. They can have multiple.
Step 4.
Click the Save button. You will be able to view the user in the Users screen. To change the information later click the edit icon.
Step 5.
To set the employment contract for this user click the Employment contract tab. Enter the time sheet details and rate for this user.
Step 6.
If you have connected to a 3rd party payroll app, then you can enter the Employee code and Department code to map the employee to the connected system. Click Save.
Step 7.
In the Invoicing information tab, you can add and set the default charge out rates for users to be displayed.
Step 8.
To enable you to add an external charge rate to user, click New user rate. Click the circle to set the charge out rate as the default.
Step 9.
Adding a new user rate in the external charge rate screen will create a rate that can be applied to the user selected only. If you want to manage the Global Charge rates, go to charge rates under Global settings.
