In this module, learn how to view your invoice history, download a copy and email to your clients.

Go to Sales and Purchases and click Invoice history.
Step 2.
You will see a list of all previous invoices within the month prior. If you want to show additional invoices or filter the search results, click on Advanced. This will enable you to filter the results based on the customer project, date etc.
Step 3.
Click the red circle to void an invoice.
Step 4.
Click the binoculars icon to view an invoice.
Step 5.
To download or Email a copy of the invoice, click the purple document icon. Click on whether you would like to download or email the invoice. Downloading the invoice will begin immediately, choosing Email will open a pop-up enabling you to compose and send the email to a recipient.
