This guide explains how to set up clinical note templates. These will be used when you add a clinical note to a a patients profile.

Go to Settings> Patients and click Clinical note templates.
Click Add new clinical note template.
Step 2.
This will open a pop-up box where you create a Clinical note template.
To use the dictation feature, click the microphone icon next to the description box.
Click Save and create once complete.
Step 3.
Click on a template to edit or delete a template.
