Set up system settings

This guide explains how to set up the system settings in your TidyClinic, from company settings to codes and identifiers.

Step 1.

Go to Settings> Organisation.

In the Organisation logo tab you can add your company’s logo.

This logo will appear in the top left corner of the app and on reports/ invoices that you download.

Click Upload organisation logo.

Step 2.

This will open your files, select an image in png format and upload.

Once the upload is complete, a success message will appear at the top of your screen and you will be able to see the logo.

You can replace the logo once uploaded by clicking Replace logo.

Step 3.

Here you can see how it would look on the home page of your TidyClinic.

Step 4.

The Organisation contact details tab is where you can set all of your company contact details.

These are used for invoices and documents.

Click Save once you have completed entering your details.

Step 5.

The Organisation payment details tab is where you need to set up the payment details for your company.

These will show at the bottom of invoices.

Click Save once you have completed entering your details.

Step 6.

Go to Settings> System.

The Code and identifiers tab is where you can set medical, project, and inventory code indexes.

Click Save once you have completed entering your codes and identifiers.
