Set up Sidexis

Step 1.

Ensure Sidexis XG is installed on your device.  Download the SidexisConnector.zip file and unzip it.

Step 2.

Open the unzipped folder and run the SidexisConnector app.

This will register the application’s URL onto the machine, which will allow it to be launched from the browser (i.e. from TidyClinic).

Step 3.

There are two ways to check the application has been registered:

• go on a browser, type SidexisConnector:// into the search. If you see a pop-up like this, the application has been registered.

• Open the TidySidexisConnector.txt file. It should have the lines as shown.

Step 4.

Download the SILDA configuration app and unzip the file. This will allow Sidexis to listen for messages form the integration.

Step 5.

Confirm that Sidexis is configured to connect to the integration. To do this, open Sidexis and go to Help> About> Info.

Check that the following is present.
