Set up email templates

This guide explains how to set up email templates. These can be used when sending an email to a patient.

Step 1.

Head to Settings> Patients and click Email templates.

Click Patient email template.

Step 2.

This will open a pop-up box where you can create a Patient email template.

To use the dictation feature, click the microphone icon next to the description box.

Click Save and create once complete.

Step 3.

This will take you to view the patient email template. This is where you can fill in the body of the template.

Use the First name and Last name buttons to create the name fields of the template.

Additional ways of editing templates with the code functions include using text fields within {{ }} brackets.

You can see a preview of the Email to the right of the page.

Click Save once complete.
