This guide explains how to set up medical alert severities. You will use these when adding a medical alert to a patient profile, to set how serious it is. Patient severities will appear at the top of their EMR page.

Head to Settings> Patients and click Medical alert severities.
Click Add new severity.
Step 2.
This will open a pop-up box where you can create a Medical alert severity.
You can select a colour for the alert severity, so that they are easily identifiable.
Click Save and create once complete.
Step 3.
Click on a severity to edit or delete it.
