How to add clinical folders to a patient

This guide explains how to add a clinical folder to a patient. You can set up default patient folders in settings, which will appear under all patients.

Step 1.

Go to Search patient.

Select the patient you want to create a clinical folder for.

Step 2.

You will then be taken to their patient EMR page.

Under the Clinical files section, click the plus icon to create a new folder.

Step 3.

This will open a pop up box where you can create a new folder.

Once named, click Create.

Step 4.

You can now view the folder on the patients EMR page under the Clinical files section.
