This guide explains how to charge a treatment plan for your patients.

Go to Search patient.
Select the patient you want to charge a treatment plan for.
Step 2.
You will then be taken to their patient EMR page.
Step 3.
Click the treatment plan tab, and click the binoculars icon next to the treatment plan you want to charge.
This will open an overview of the plan. Click Go to treatment plan.
Step 4.
This will direct you to the treatment plan console.
Step 5.
To charge a procedure, click Select tasks to charge out.
Boxes will appear next to the tasks, tick the box next to the tasks you want to charge out.
Click Charge out selected tasks.
Step 6.
This will open a pop up box where you can select the practitioner and charge date.
Step 7.
You can charge a procedure to an appointment or without an appointment.
You can also charge an appointment as a draft. If you charge a procedure as a draft you will still be able to make edits to it.
Step 8.
Once a procedure has been charged, an Invoiced icon will appear next to the procedure.
