This guide explains how to make a payment for a treatment plan invoice. To make a payment, the invoice must be approved first.

Go to Search patient.
Select the patient you want to create a treatment plan for.
Step 2.
You will then be taken to their patient EMR page.
Step 3.
Go to the invoices tab and click the binoculars icon on the invoice you want to pay.
Step 4.
To make a payment for an invoice, click Make payment.
Step 5.
This will open a pop-up box where you can enter the details of the payment.
Fill in all required (*) fields.
Click Save payment.
Step 6.
The invoice will then be labelled as Closed.
