Step 1.
Go to New patient.
This will open a page where you can fill in the patients details.
Make sure that all required fields (*) are filled out.
Step 2.
You can add Contact details and their Address.
Step 3.
To add a patient contact, click New contact.
Patient Contacts may include guardians, family members, or other relevant individuals identified by the patient.
Step 4.
Click the Upload icon to upload files related to the patient.
The folders that appear here are the folders that you set up in the settings under patient folders.
Click Create patient once complete.
Step 5.
This will redirect you to the patient’s electronic medical record (EMR) page.
