Step 1.
Go to Search patient.
Select the patient you want to create a treatment plan for.
Step 2.
You will then be taken to their patient EMR page.
Step 3.
Click the treatment plan tab, and click Create new Treatment plan.
Step 4.
Click Start treatment.
Step 5.
This will open a pop up box where you can Create a treatment for a Treatment plan.
Step 6.
Add the procedures by clicking the blue >.
The number next to each procedure symbolises how many times it has been added.
You will see all selected procedures to the right of the screen.
Step 7.
Procedures are organised under ‘Stages’. To create a new stage click Add new group.
Step 8.
To edit and add to a previous stage click the edit icon.
Step 9.
This will open a pop up box where you can rename the stage. Click Rename group once complete.
Step 10.
You can add a note to a procedure by clicking the note icon.
Step 11.
This will open a pop up box where you can enter a note. Click Save once complete.
Step 12.
Once you have filled in all of the details for the treatment plan, clickCreate project.
Step 13.
You can now view the treatment plan on the patients EMR page under Treatment plans tab.
