Step 1.
Go to the Calendar.
Right click an existing appointment.
Click Add to hot call list.
Step 2.
This will open a pop up where you can write a hot call note, this can be times they are available, urgency, etc.
Click Add to Hot call list.
Step 3.
Appointments on the hot call list will have a bell icon to show they are on the hot call list.
When you view the appointment details, ‘Added to hot call list’ will be under the appointment history.
