How to create an appointment reminder

This guide explains how to set up appointment reminders for appointments. These can be scheduled to be sent a day or a week before the appointment.

Step 1.

Go to Calendar.

Click on the appointment you want to schedule an automatic reminder for.

Step 2.

This will open a side tab.

Click Schedule automatic reminders.

Step 3.

This will open a pop up box.

You can choose 1 day or 1 week, or customise the date and time by clicking the calendar. You can then select a template which will fill the SMS body.

Once complete, click Save and Schedule.

Step 4.

Once the message has been scheduled it will appear under existing reminders.

Step 5.

You will also be able to see the scheduled SMS reminder under the appointment history in the side tab.

  • We charge 0.15c per SMS.
  • This rate applies to NZ /AU only
  • Blocks are in place for territories outside NZ/AU
  • Billing will be monthly based on the month end report
  • We are not liable for any business loss or inconvenience for failure of automated unsent, misdirected SMS, or failure to receive responses to any SMS message.
